This position provides a high level of personalized support to the Arcola Boyer and Sappenfield team and specializes in maintaining strong relationships with Boyer and Sappenfield clients. It is an in-office position; remote work is not included. This is not a sales position.
Responsibilities & Activities
· Process new account paperwork as directed by Investment Advisors
· Resolve client service issues with an emphasis on courtesy and communication
· Responsible for accurately preparing and sending client account forms, tracking money movement, and other practice maintenance tasks.
· Track financial planning activities and workflows via Client Relationship Manager (Redtail)
· Act as the “gatekeeper” for the practice as the point of first contact on the phone
· Assist with the Client Onboarding and Opportunity Pipeline processes
· Participate in all areas of client meeting gathering and preparation
· Complete client reviews, including data gathering and account updating
· Enjoy working in a collaborative and flexible environment
· Develop and complete client appreciation projects and activities
Educational & Industry Requirements
· High School Degree
· 2 - 3 years of experience within/or are used to a small business environment
· Software/Systems Skills Encouraged: Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Salary is commensurate with experience.
Employment package will also include bonus potential and Simple IRA matching.
Hours per week could be flexible between 30-37.5.
