Support Associate – Arcola Office

Boyer and Sappenfield Investment Advisors is an independent, family-owned wealth management firm serving clients from our offices in Arcola, Illinois and Villa Grove, Illinois. We help individuals and families with wealth management, retirement planning, retirement income strategies, college planning, and Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) guidance.

We are seeking a Support Associate who shares our commitment to exceptional client service and relationship building. This is an in-office position in Arcola, Illinois and is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new account paperwork as directed by Investment Advisors
  • Provide outstanding client service and assist in resolving client inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute client account forms accurately and efficiently
  • Track money movement requests and practice maintenance activities
  • Maintain workflows and financial planning activities within Redtail CRM
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls
  • Assist with client onboarding and opportunity pipeline processes
  • Support client meeting preparation and follow-up activities
  • Conduct client review preparation, data gathering, and account updates
  • Participate in client appreciation events and relationship-building activities
  • Contribute to a collaborative, flexible team environment

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required
  • 2–3 years of experience in a small business environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay of $20+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus potential

  • Flexible schedule of approximately 30–37.5 hours per week
